Faculty & Disclosures
In accordance with the ACCME Standards for Integrity and Independence in Accredited Continuing Education, all relevant financial relationships and the absence of relevant financial relationships for all individuals with control of content must be disclosed to learners before they engage with the accredited education and in a format that can be verified at the time of accreditation.
Some individuals have reported relationships with ineligible companies, as defined by the ACCME. These relationships, in the context of their involvement in the CME activity, could be perceived by some as a real or apparent conflict of interest. All relevant financial relationships have been mitigated to ensure that no commercial bias has been inserted into the educational content.
