CALL FOR ABSTRACTS!
The VACEP Annual Conference is an opportunity for residents and faculty researchers to showcase emergency medicine studies, quality improvement initiatives, and clinical innovation. Residents, fellows an students are invited to submit abstracts for the VACEP 2027 Poster Presentation.
Abstract submissions are due by 3:00 pm ET on Monday, November 9.
Abstracts will be reviewed and acceptance letters will be sent by the end of November. Should your abstract be accepted, poster presentation during the 2027 Annual Conference will be moderated on Friday, February 26, 2027 during the Welcome Reception from 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm at the Williamsburg Lodge in Williamsburg, VA.
